Lamborghini Verona: Official Opening Of The Sixth Dealership In Italy

With the opening of Lamborghini Verona, celebrated with an evening event at the new showroom, the dealership in this Veneto city becomes the sixth in Italy. In a very special year for the Sant’Agata Bolognese carmaker, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2023, the new showroom opened is part of the Eurocar group, managed by Vicentini, one of the leading groups specialized in the luxury and sports car segment. The new Verona site offers a large showroom and aftersales facilities, reflecting the strength of the brand and the expansion of the range offered by Automobili Lamborghini.

At the opening event in Verona, Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann commented: “We are delighted to be opening this new showroom in Verona. It is a key location for Italian business and industry and for this reason our presence here was a must. Lamborghini Verona underscores how crucial Italy is for the company, not only because it is our home, but also because it is one of the most important countries in Europe in terms of sales.

Verona is a strategic area, located in one of the most important areas on the peninsula for industry. This new opening further demonstrates the link between the Sant’Agata Bolognese carmaker and Italy, which today is ranked sixth overall in terms of cars delivered worldwide.

The new facility, comprising an aftersales area and a showroom of around 400 m2 on Via Gardesane, fully embodies the company’s philosophy. The facility includes a waiting room looking out over the showroom and a studio dedicated to the world of Ad Personam: here, clients can choose from an almost infinite number of colors and finishes to customize their new Lamborghini.

Around 300 guests, as well as the Eurocar board and Automobili Lamborghini senior management attended the opening event, with the presentation of an exclusive artwork by artist Nicola Evangelisti. The work – a luminescent painting on canvas depicting the image of a bull – is one of 180 artworks commissioned by Lamborghini dealers around the world as part of the 60th anniversary celebrations of the Sant’Agata Bolognese company.

Two of the most iconic cars that made history for the brand were on display, the Miura and the 25th anniversary Countach. Heading the line-up however, was the new Lamborghini Revuelto: the first super sports V12 plug-in hybrid HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle), with orders covering two years of production. Alongside the current Huracán range, represented by the Evo Spyder, Tecnica, STO and Sterrato, with just 1499 units produced and already sold, was the Super SUV Urus range, represented by the Performante and the S lifestyle edition.

Automobili Lamborghini has six dealerships in Italy: Bari, Bergamo, Bologna, Milan, Rome and now Verona. The first six months for Automobili Lamborghini once again registered record results in terms of sales, turnover and profitability. Italy is the sixth largest market for the Sant’Agata Bolognese company, after the USA, mainland China/Hong Kong/Macao, Germany, Japan and the UK, with 312 cars delivered to customers in the first 8 month of this year, compared to 286 of 2022. In the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Automobili Lamborghini now has 79 showrooms, spread over 33 markets.
